“ We tried this place yesterday and the food was incredible! We were huge fans of the drunken noodle from Kasira in Nanaimo and they closed and we haven’t found a good one until yesterday! We ordered medium, it was a little spicy for me but my husband loved it! It was very flavourful. We also tried the chicken fried rice. It was loaded with chicken and onions. I love onions in everything. Spring rolls were so good as well. The server was very nice. We will be back for sure! ”

(They can also make it mild, something for everyone). My roommate and I got the Red Curry and the Spicy Green Papaya Salad (Spice level 2 chilies). The authentic spices and exotic ingredients a make for a meal to remember. On top of the food being scrumptious, the server Lucian has watering down to a fine art. “ I’m so happy we found this place. We were driving down to Nanaimo and decided to have lunch somewhere. Tiffin is absolutely one of the best places to have high quality food. Customer service is amazing and fast. They welcome you and serve you with great service and food. Drinks are so pretty and delicious. Thai Milk tea and Bubble teas are amazing. ”
“ We were looking for a good home to eat near Port Alberni and chanced upon this place.. The host was very warm and accommodated several of our choices even though it was a set lunch menu. We ordered a red curry with tofu, chicken pad see lew and a beef broccoli. All the dishes came with a soup, a salad and a spring roll or a wonton. The soup was very light with the chicken based broth, cabbage, tofu and cilantro. The pad see lew really took my husband by surprise as we were not expecting such a perfect execution of one of our favourite dishes. The noodles were perfectly al dante and the sauce had the right balance of sweet and spicy. The red curry was also very flavourful and came with my favourite bamboo shoots, peppers and tofu. The curry paired very well with coconut rice. The salad was very crunchy, fresh and flavourful. Per my son, the beef was very good but a little more gravy would have amplified the flavours.’ ”
